Knots & Vows is a customer-first, technology-assisted startup focused on eliminating the pain from the wedding planning process for everyone involved. The solution would need to be a scalable digital platform that included the ability to register online, communicate securely within the platform via email and text, receive and process payments, proprietary algorithms for vendor matching, and a lot more.
Knots & Vows became a first-of-its-kind customer experience focused digital wedding platform in India. The company successfully onboarded over 500 vendors and partners in a span of 3 months. Within 3 months off launch they organized their first wedding!
